Tear off a sheet of wax paper and fold around notecards.

Fold corners in and fold over to create a package around the notecards. Use a heavy object such as scissors to hold one end while you complete the other end.

Tie around package with twine and create a bow.

Look at the cute package of notecards you can now give as a gift!
Make sure to check Shannon's blog for links to lots of other great ideas!

What a lovely way to honor someone. I was (past tense) doing this make-ahead system by stamping cards. That was working great for me as long as I did it. Using magazine photos would certainly be less expensive, I think.

Good tip!

This is GREAT! I love how you photographed each step, since I'm such a visual person.

Only one problem. My hubby works for Hallmark and you're cutting into their market ;)
