Applesauce Pancake Memories

I don't remember exactly when it started, but at some point I made applesauce pancakes for dinner the night of our orchard visit and it stuck. We've been repeating the tradition for a while now and I love it.

We stayed in a super cute little Air BNB in Hendersonville and enjoyed a cozy and homey evening after our orchard outing.

What a fun tradition! We have apple trees on our farm and have been busy picking and drying apples. It is supposed to be cooler this weekend, so I plan to can some apple pie filling as well. We also make our own cider. It is busy apple season here. :)

Did you crochet those pumpkins? If you did, do you mind sharing the pattern? I love the texture of them and would love to make some.

Thanks Debbie! Have fun with your apples! I did not crochet the pumpkins, but a friend made them and sells them in her Etsy shop. I don't know where the pattern came from :)
