Under-Scheduling

As noted on my February goals, one of the things I want to be better about is underscheduling my days and/or making sure I have some free time built in.

I've made it a point to do this daily since the end of January and here are my photos {one a day}, I find myself wanting to write a narrative that captures the beauty and place of each of these moments. Just looking at them reminds me of all the moments added up to a lot of beauty and slowing over the past month. They bring memories and I can feel the calm of each moment.

From reading a book at the orthodontist, in the car during ballet, at home, alone, with others nearby and more it proves that stillness is a choice and can be chosen in such a variety of ways to fit what each life and day holds. I hope you are inspired to add a little stillness to your days.

Stilness is always needed. We can't always be running everywhere. We need to rest, to talk to Our Father and be still, to hear what He tells us.
Have a blessed week!
