Handmade Gift Idea: Clipboard with Printable Art

Rachel had a sweet invite from a friend last week to her b'day gathering! Trying to continue using what I have and not buy anything - I sort of waited until the last minute and was scrounging! Despite that, I love how this turned out and our sweet friend loved it!

Grab a clipboard {mine was on clearance at some point in the Target Dollar Spot}, find a cute free printable and then add a little bit of color with ribbons and/or yarn. This "have courage and be kind" can be found here.

I would wring my hands off trying to come up with something as simple and adorable as that. Love it.

What a cute gift and great to incorporate the line from the Cinderella movie. :)

I have a long standing affection for clipboards, as you know. I've given decopauged clepboards for many a gift. And I've used clipboards in my home for displaying printables. But it did not occur to me to combine the two in a gift. This was a lovely idea and execution!
I wish I had remembered to take a picture of a bday gift that Hanna gave this weekend. One of the items was a hobnail glass with a metal lid and straw. I filled it with 10 wrapped candy bracelets. Such pretty pastels.
Did you see the mint clipboards in the current Target dollar spot?
