Life is Beautiful so Make Life Beautiful!

My Mom got me a copy of this magazine just after Christmas - that was the winter edition and I could hardly wait for the next one to come out! I wrote notes to my Mom in the magazine and then mailed it to her and she just brought it back to me to read her notes and I gave her the next one with my notes in it! How fun!!!!!

I love so many things about this magazine - in this issue, there was a beautiful feature on breakfast! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day - so I knew that when my parents came, I wanted us to make these yummy recipes!

Bless my mom's heart for going along with my crazy and big projects! She just stepped right in and we cooked together! It was SO fun, beautiful, tasty, etc... Definitely, life is beautiful and when we add beauty it becomes more beautiful creating a beautiful circle.

Flowers from recital graced the table and we made blueberry crumb muffins, pancakes, Denver breakfast skillet, fresh squeezed orange juice and sugared pecans! YUM! What a beautiful start to the day!

I Love all this, girl!! The very notion that you and your mom were pen pal'ing it with that magazine, essentially creating a keepsake right smack dab in the middle of those glossy pages -- that is the BEST idea!
And that table. Be still my heart.

And I love that you have BLessings Unlimited on your sidebar. Are you a consultant? I have looked at that longingly, knowing what it takes to be a consultant (I was with PC for 4 years, up to the Director level) so not ever moving on it, but LOVING that catalog!!

I'm a little bowl of randomness this morning, aren't i? hahah! Have a great day!!

Also love that you and your Mom are "passing notes" back in forth in the magazine! ♥

I LOVE this magazine. I saw it at one of my sister's... and I so desperately need to sign myself to getting it coming in the mail - to me!

Love, Love, Love it. I love what you did with you and your mom writing notes back and forth in it.

Cute way to connect.

Yes, this was a fun, beautiful, and tasty breakfast -- glad we could enjoy it together! :)

My favorite thing about Life: Beautiful magazine is the Scripture references sprinkled throughout the pages that are so pertinent for whatever is featured -- including laundry and sending get well cards!! Fun to share it with you...

Love you, Mom

Those are the most perfectly golden and round pancakes ever! Everything came together so lovely. I love the second beautiful use of the girls flowers from the recital. I vision you and sweet Momma haven such a joyful time in the kitchen with giggles and business making a beautiful memory together. Such an inspiration as I look to fill my family's hearts with treasured moments that are beautiful, us here together. Keep making life beautiful, it is contagious! Angelia in Tx

your table is beautiful! How blessed to do a fun thing with your mom. My mom and I are several states apart, so when she comes, we enjoy doing fun things and projects together. I really enjoy that magazine, I saw it in a grocery store, and picked it up right away!

WOW!! What a beautiful and yummy-looking breakfast. Wish I could have been there, too!
That looks like a really neat magazine and so fun for you and your mom to share back and forth.
I'll have to try to find a copy of that here.
Love all the pictures you have been sending.

Love you, Grandma
