Make Your Home a Haven!

I'm sure lots of you remember when Crystal used to host Making Your Home a Haven each week! Well, I'm so excited that this feature is going to be coming back and I get the privilege of hosting it here on my blog!

This is something that has been such a blessing in my home and I am so excited to see how God uses it in our home!

Starting on January 15 - each Friday, I will post the challenge for the next week. I don't know about you - but I like to work on planning my week over the weekend, so it helps me to know what is on tap for the week ahead!

I'll be relying on God leading this as there are so many things I need to do around my home - it is hard to know where to start! Everyone is welcome to participate and I'll have a link up for all your posts!

I do so hope you will join me this year in making our homes a haven for our families, those who come in and even for ourselves!

I am very excited about this! Since making my home "comfortable, inviting and most of all a haven for those I love" is a goal of mine this will be a perfect way to keep me on track.

Ha! Ha! I knew it! I mentioned before that everytime these fantastic challenges come up, I either have a new baby or am having morning sickness: right on track, morning sickness this time around!
Oh well, this will give me a reason to drag myself out of bed, I am so excited for this to start!

Fabulous! Will you have a button for our blogs?

I'm always looking for ways to make my home a haven. We rent and are not allowed to add paint to the walls, etc. So, I feel very limited to what I can do. Perhaps, you will have some creative ideas for those renting.

I am so excited for this! I loved the idea when Crystal did it, but I was working full time at the time and had a hard time keeping up with it. Now that I'm home, I can't wait to get started and keep up with it!

Thanks for starting it up again!

Do we have to sign up or if we are already receiving your emails via subscriptions, does that automatically include us? This sounds GREAT!

I think I'll do it! I've never really participated in challenges before, but my home needs some attention after all the business of the holidays.

Thanks for hosting it! And I love the pretty picture at the top of the post. :)
