Chocolate Heart Pancakes

I made these the other day and froze them - we'll be enjoying them for breakfast tomorrow morning! The recipe came from here, but I added more flour as these were so runny that the batter ran out of the heart shaped mold.

1 1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Whisk all ingredients together and cook in a hot skillet.

I'm planning to serve ours with melted raspberry preserves, whipped cream and extra mini chips! Yummy!

Those look YUMMY!!! What kind of mold did you use? Also, How are things going with the new baby? I know you are probably very sleep deprived and just doing all you can to keep order in the home. I hope you have help!! My Grandma came and stayed with me the first week after my last 2 babies... I don't know what I would have done without her.

Have a GREAT day!!!!!!!
