Beef & Bean Enchiladas

1 c. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 can refried beans
enchilada sauce (to desired consistency)

Spread bottom of pan with enchilada sauce. Divide filling between tortillas and include a sprinkle of cheese in each one. Roll and place in pan. Top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 until done!

This looks great! How many do those measurements make? It looks like 6 rolls in an 8x8 pan... is that right?

Finally got around to making this! Yum! Thanks for the recipe. I found a great recipe for the sauce too... I'll be posting on it in the next couple days as well as telling about how the recipe went over all. :) Hope to send a few your way. :)
