Ham & Cheese Muffins

These muffins are so yummy and the savory flavor is a nice change from the usual sweet muffin.
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Combine remaining ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until muffins test done. Yield: 12 muffins

I baked some of these for breakfast this morning. They were so good! My husband loved them as well as the 14 month old that I take care of.:-) Thanks for sharing the recipe.
