We tried to do as many similar things as possible as we usually do when we go camping, some of these things included similar meals, a picnic, sitting by a creek, being outside, enjoying lots of slow time, picking wildflowers and stopping at Cook Out on our way home!
After we got home, we invited our camping friends over and had a Camp Cozy chili dinner with a fire and s'mores even though it was very hot outside! I'd definitely say we made the best of things considering the circumstances!
