New Wheels

I've been enjoying my birthday gift from David -
in all its pink and white girliness and retro styling - I love it!

It has made me wish for a basket for the front and
living close enough to ride to the store!

And, my little riding buddy has been having fun too!

What a great present! I love riding bikes... I agree, a basket would be the perfect addition. Even for just riding around town, a mama has to have her "stuff" right? ENJOY!

Cute! What a nice gift. It's not a basket, but this could be something handy to take on and off: http://noodleheads.blogspot.com/2010/06/bicycle-bucket-tutorial.html

I've been thinking about making one. :) My problem is that I've got so many things that I'm 'thinking about' making! Of course, I have gotten several things made lately, so I'm not only thinking about them, but there are just so many neat ideas that I don't have time for them all.

I have been looking into a "cruiser" style bicycle. I am amazed by the price difference between one that is sold at Target and those that are sold at a bike shop. Since they are both Schwinn, I wonder if there is a significant difference.
I just took the child seat off of my bike. Everyone is riding on their own two wheels!

I love it!!! I just got a Schwinn cruiser for Mother's Day and I too am in need of a basket and bell. LOL To the previous poster the difference is the country it's made in. The target/walmart ones are Schwinn designs made overseas by other companies.

Fun, fun!! I've seen some cute, vintage looking bikes at Wal-Mart. An aqua one...
You just need a photo of you on that bike with piggie tales or something. :) Oh, one of my friends said she saw a bike basket at Wal-Mart.

Monica, PLEASE PLEASE wear a helmet and put a helmet on Samuel when you ride! I know you probably already are but that cute picture scared me. Have fun safely!
