I love your Slow Day posts!! The Andrew Peterson series is one I've been looking at. Is it something you or your kids would read over again? My library doesn't have it and I don't like to purchase books without a great recommendation!
@Cindy: My kids adore it - seriously, I can't believe how much they like it! Samuel has been re-reading the second one as our first one is loaned out! The story is very Lord of the Rings/Narnia "ish" as in not reality and lots of creatures, but wow, they love it. It has been such a fun thing for us to do together and even David has been asking each night what happened in the story ;) I find myself searching for the spiritual parallels at every turn and I'm not sure those are clear to me - but there is something compelling about the story. The first book is slow moving but we are now in book 4 and there is nothing slow about the story anymore!

A rainbow for your anniversary - what a blessing! Love all the signs of spring. I've been watching the British Baking Show, too! :)
