I had printed out some fun activities for our camping trip including a scavenger hunt, word search, a cute Bingo game and a couple of mad libs. These were all a hit!
And a cup of tea from a sweet friend - perfect!
Then a trip to the pool even if it was a bit cool for swimming! In addition to swimming, hikes, playing in the creek, nature goodie collecting and boat making - these were a few fun things for our time together!

Wish I could say it was too cool to swim here. It is so hot here that our pool is like taking a hot bath and then it's 100 outside. Not very enjoyable.
