Quick Getaway

David and I had an opportunity to do a quick one night getaway while in Colorado! We enjoyed hiking, talking, dinner out and the beauty of Glen Eyrie! I want to make date nights more of a priority this coming year - so this was the perfect beginning!

This reminded me of the first time I stayed overnight at Glen Eyrie, I called and booked a two-night quiet retreat for myself one weekend years ago when I was still single. I napped, rested, walked, journaled, read, prayed - it was glorious!
