Truth Telling 37: He cleanses me.
Psalm 51:1-2, "Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin."
Psalm 51:7, "Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow."
Isaiah 1:18, "'Come now, let us settle the matter,' says the Lord. 'Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.'"
John 13:7-9, "Jesus replied, 'You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.' 'No,' said Peter, 'you shall never wash my feet.' Jesus answered, 'Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.' 'Then, Lord,' Simon Peter replied, 'not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!'"
Tell yourself this truth today: The sin of my heart is ugly and black but Jesus' blood washes me clean and white.
