What a precious little life that has blessed us in so many ways! Emily - we love your zest for life and your happy heart! We are very thankful for you!
This may sound strange, but I am very thankful for E-mail! Living in a different country, far from family and friends, e-mail helps to keep us in close contact with those we love! :)
Envelopes! I know it sounds strange, but I use envelopes to organize things for shopping trips. Without them Megan and I would be a disaster shopping with a mess of coupons!
I am thankful for the story of Esther. I once answered a question asking me to name people (dead or alive) I would like to meet. Esther was on the top of my list. I love reading this story in the Bible - I truly admire her courage and obedience.
I'm most thankful for the promise of Everlasting life. And of course, Easter, Emily and Eric! Also, I am SO thankful for E-mail that keeps me in touch with all of my precious family. Love, Grandma

Eating. I am thankful that my family always has enough to eat and that we do not know hunger at our house.
Blessings,
Liisa

Eric

Well, I see Mom beat me to it: ERIC!
Hmm. I think em-dashes and en-dashes. Excellent!
Email....definitely! It helps keep me in touch with family and friends. The day is a little sweeter when you get a message from somebody you love! :)

From the little ones at my house--edible plants. Who would have thought children would come up with that one!
