An Evening Porch Sit

After dinner and the rain settling down, I brought these stools outside and grabbed some items from my beauty box and the summer issue of Bella Grace for a peaceful rest on the porch!

I've mentioned lighting a candle on the porch before and recently submitted an article of this title to Bella Grace for the next Cozy Issue - we'll see what happens with it.

Also, isn't the green of these stools just lovely! I found myself really loving this accent color in this cottage this week.

Before sitting down, I also peeked around outside to catch a glimpse of the beauty in the surroundings as well! Meanwhile, it was cool so I pulled on a hoodie {always a delight for the one who lives where it is usually too hot for hoodies}, made hot chocolate, Rachel started an embroidery project, they found something to watch on Netflix while David and Scout had a cozy, peaceful time of snoozing/reading!

We had stopped earlier in the day to cut some Queen Anne's Lace on the side of the road for me to slide into this thrifted thermos! A summer bucket list item for me!

I love this!! I love the color of the stools, too. They are almost teal, aren't they? One of my favorite colors. You always make things look so cozy and beautiful! I'm so glad you had this lovely little getaway!! Love you, Grandma
