With Samuel turning double digits, we kept our tradition of having a weekend away instead of a party! Both of the girls went with me and this time it was David's turn to take Samuel for a fun birthday celebration!
David made all of the plans including the shooting range, lodging, scoping out a restaurant with macaroni and cheese and banana pudding for the birthday boy!
They did a Bible Study on Stephen, watched the Lord of the Rings movies which Samuel had eagerly been waiting to see and we told him when he turned ten! So glad they got to have this time together! He was home for his actual day and I'll share those photos as part of my Slow Day post on Wednesday.
