Is it too early to talk about Fall?
It is September 1st, so I'll hold off no longer on FALL!!!!!
Here is where I should confess that I'm two weeks in to Fall already! I've used my first big can of pumpkin in baking and worn a couple of Fallish outfits even though it is still in the 90's here.
From right now through Christmas is just my favorite time of year!
I'm looking forward to:
- apple picking
- all pumpkin recipes
- Fall colors and decoration
- smells and tastes of Fall
- hopefully cooler weather
- wearing layers
- drinking hot tea
- making this
Take a little mini vacation and be inspired on my Fall Pinterest board! What are you most looking forward to about Fall!?

Love your pinterest board!:) it doesn't really get like fall here in Texas but I enjoy the coziness of fall. Hot drinks, blankets, warm socks , gifts of yummy food to give, etc..

Never too early to talk about fall! It's my favorite time of year! I've been eagerly awaiting September--it's the gateway to cooler weather and general fall awesomeness. ;-)
I think the thing I'm looking forward to this fall is cooler weather. We had a very hot summer and I sweat a lot. A. LOT. Need a break from that! Ha!
Looking forward to pumpkins, apples, cozy baked casseroles, warm soups, candy corn and the holidays!
I am looking forward to ALL things FALL!!!! Cozy socks, pretty, crunchy leaves, pumpkin everything, and the fun decor!!!!
I'm looking forward to cozy sweaters, falling leaves, pumpkin cream cheese muffins from Starbucks, deer season (because Momma gets a BREAK when those guys are out in the woods) and hosting a ladies bonfire at our home :-) wish you could come!
It's my favorite time of year as well.
@Christina Gomez: Definitely not Fall weather here either until probably at least November or December! But, I will create Fall around me ;)
We made pumpkin muffins yesterday. It had me wishing for fall! :)
A "typical" looking Fall does not occur in South Georgia until the end of November & the first of December when everyone else is Decking the Halls! I hate that, but I've learned to appreciate the "things" that do occur in our area in the Fall, it's just hot as an oven when it takes place! Cotton is picked, corn is combined, we start our pecan harvest. Black Eyed Susan's & Golden Rod bloom, pears are picked & treated much like apples. Cane grindings for syrup, turkey shoots & deer hunting. Fall white perch fishing if time allows us. I love Fall. I did buy a box of Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice Donuts & some of the Snicker Bar Pumpkins yesterday! Lol!
That top pic is so festive. Will definitely pull out of my fall decor next week. Love it!
