* First day of Lent, Rachel snuck a picture of me squeaking in a nap and how sweet is Samuel!?, and serving dinner at the Ronald McDonald house. The beginning of Lent started nearly the same as last year, this year instead of
spilled honey we had spilled candle wax - again I over-reacted and again it was a beautiful object lesson for why Christ came. #slowlearner

Love this I'm a slow learner too. Thankful for grace over me.
I have had to squeak in a nap, here and there this winter, too. I love when it turns into snuggle time with mommy. So sweet! Would you please share the title of the grammar book you are reading? Thank you, Angelia
Angelia: title of the book is Grammar Land. It's out of print so this is a re-print of sorts and the language is old fashioned but fun! http://www.amazon.com/Grammar-Land-Grammar-Fun-Children-Schoolroom-Shire/dp/B00AP8JZ30/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1425480334&sr=8-3&keywords=grammar+land
I'm big on over reaction... oh...and the repentance I have to do afterwards :-) I just love that you served at Ronald McDonald House!!! I just ordered the ESV journaling bible... I can't wait to mark it all up!!
Great photos! Miss Emily is looking quite grown up...
Love your happy helpers at RMH and the sweet photo Rachel captured of you and Samuel napping. :)
You come by over-reacting honestly - I'm sure you remember many times when I did that with you and Carrie during your growing-up years - sorry!
Love you, Mom
Can you tell me more about serving at the Ronald McDonald House? They just built one 10 min. from where I live. Looks like a neat thing to do with kids!
Precious blog! Glad to see young moms recognizing the importance of living in the moment.
