I saw this recipe on the back of the frozen bag of chicken last week and we gave it a try ~ it's a keeper!
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Combine all sauce ingredients. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan and pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 for one hour or until cooked through!
Makes 4 servings.

This looks yummy. You know how I love new recipes.
Did you use skinless chicken?
I LOVE any recipe that adds honey and mustard together. I'm going to have to try this, thanks!
Thanks! I made something similar to this, but I think the mustard will add a special zip.

I do something similiar to this as well. And yep, I agree, it's a keeper for sure. I also make some extra sauce for reserve to put on after it's cooked.
Oh, and thank you for sharing the font you used in your garland. : )
Ooh, that sounds delicious!! I think I may make that tonight. I'm thinking Dijon mustard would taste great in it!! Yum!!

I made this Thursday and it was delicious!! I made a little extra sauce and we ate it over rice. I also used dijon mustard instead of regular. Yum!! Tasted kind of like Chinese!!
