Here's a super easy meal I made the other night, enjoy!
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
BBQ Sauce
1 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Press dough into desired pan. Top with BBQ sauce to taste. Cover with chicken and top with cheese. Bake at 425 until starting to brown. Yummy!

Monica,
Marc + Kendra made BBQ pizza at Christmas, and I've been wanting to try it. I even bought sauce for that purpose! I'd have to spread it lightly as it's still a tomato product, but it was delish. Thanks for the reminder.
Looks good!
Sounds GREAT! Thank you for sharing this! :)
OH YUMMMMMM !
I use the frozen dough a lot for pizza too! Scrumptious!
What a great idea! I'm going to make this soon. We love barbecue sauce around here but we don't love big hunks of meat, so this is perfect!
mmm! looks yummy. i make pizza from scratch every once in awhile and this looks like a nice change of pace from the usual pepperoni pizza.
This looks like another yummy recipe, Monica! Thank you for sharing!
MMM, that sounds good. We make a lot of homemade pizza, but this would be a great change. I am going to write it down on my menu plan for next week so I don't forget about it. I love easy recipes!
This is my favorite kind of homemade pizza! I sprinkle the pan with a little garlic powder before spreading out the crust and use cheddar instead of mozzarella. Thanks for the reminder about this yummy dish!
I just made this tonight and it was a hit with the whole family. I shared your link and recipe over at my blog. (Hope that was okay). (-:
I posted about how I make bbq chicken pizza. I like red onion on mine.
